Studio $65/night .. $350/week * Monthly rates available on request.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposit & Payment:
Reservations require a 50% deposit (or 1 night minimum deposit for stays of 1 night). The balance due must be paid in full upon arrival. Payments may be made by cash, money order, or personal check. Personal checks not accepted for balance due upon arrival, but accepted for deposit if deposite is received fifteen days before arrival. Once we confirm availability of your reservation request, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $50.00 service charge, as long as we receive your notice of cancellation at least fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We regret that deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations received 14 or fewer days prior to the arrival date. The balance of the room charge is due upon arrival and check-in; no refunds will be issued after check-in.
