The travertine stairs go down to the garage area. The garage area has been partially enclosed. Including ivory travertine floors, large windows, 36" back door and 2 @ 6' sliding doors. It has lots of light and air flow. Hollow block walls make for temperature control. When it's hot outside it's cool, and when it's cool outside it's warmer. The enclosed garage adds approx. 700 sq .ft. of living space to the already 1666 square feet of the house. I use this space for my TV room, but you could make it a game room, play room or additional bedrooms. The possibilities are endless. For a total square footage of 2366 sq .ft. It would not take much to finish out and final the garage area, most of the work has been done.
